Online or in-person: which kind of therapy suits you?
Online therapy has made support dramatically more accessible — no commute across Delhi, sessions from a space where you already feel safe, and easier continuity when travelling. For anxiety, low mood and stress, outcomes are comparable to in-person work.
In-person sessions offer something different: a dedicated room, a transition out of your daily environment, and the subtle grounding of shared physical space. Some people find it easier to open up face to face; for trauma work in particular, many prefer it.
A practical way to decide: if privacy, schedule and comfort of your own space matter most, start online. If you want a clear ritual and boundary between your life and your healing, come to the clinic. Many clients do a mix — and that's perfectly fine too.
